Are you sometimes unsure of whom to go to with your questions about your loyalty memberships? Have a question about a transaction you made using your points and miles? We’re here to help!

Points.com offers a variety of options and services; such as tracking your balances, exchanging or trading between programs, and even redeeming your points or miles for gift certificates or into PayPal.

Did you also know that we power a variety of our partner’s Buy, Gift, and Transfer options? If ever you see “Powered by Points.com” on a partner site, this means that our technology is the engine behind the transactions, while those transactions are maintained by the partner.

We understand that it can be confusing to know who to contact when you have a question, so we put together a list of examples to help you find help when you need it:

    Well it seems now everything is fine. I found after further hunting around the links on this page that Customer Service Chat would be down until 7am this morning. It didn’t say anything about points partners not being able to complete points transfer requests, but obviously that was the case. At 7:10am EST I was able to transfer the miles needed via Chase Ultimate Rewards.

    Your customer support team should definitely issue service updates to all your partners when your service is down for maintenance. It would save them a lot of hassle with helping irritated customers like myself.

    I am trying to redeem my AAdvantage Points on a Barnes and Noble Gift Certificate. The Demo does a great job in showing me what to do. The problem is after I calculate the points used, there is “NO” button to push to “Confirm redeem” button. Is this telling me I can’t use my points for a gift certificate? Or, is there something wrong with the program?

      Hi Randa,

      American Airlines requires that you have a minimum balance of 25,000 AAdvantage miles to redeem. If you don’t have the minimum number of miles, you won’t be able to complete the transaction. Is this the case? If not, please do contact customer support for help.

    I JUST TRIED TO BUY MILES FOR ALASKA AIRLINES FLIGHT. DID NOT FINISH SCREENS. GOT ERROR MESSAGE RE: INVALID ZIP CODE. CLOSED OUT OF SCREENS. MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED BUT I DIDN’T GET MILES PURCHASED.

    I need to talk to someone at Points.com. I can’t reset my password because each time you send me the link, it clicks on for a split second, and then goes back to the normal sign on window. So, it won’t let me reset my password. Please send me a phone number!
